1. Wallet Top-ups

• Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.

2. Digital Keys / Access

• Once a key/access is delivered, refunds are not provided unless the key is invalid and verified by our support team.
• If an order is pending due to out-of-stock, you may request cancellation. If approved, the amount may be returned to your wallet.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Contact support with your Order ID, username, and reason.
• Refund processing time depends on payment method and bank.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not provide refunds for purchases related to prohibited/unauthorized items.
